BREAKFAST is included with your quoted price. It is served HOT from the Grill, to include assorted country breakfast plates, in combination with our COLD Buffet which includes Muffins, Bagels, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Cold Cereals, and our famous “Belgian Waffles”.
Our Hot Food is served from the catering truck on dinner plates. On request, we can serve buffet style for larger groups. Each menu consists of two-three meat entrees, one vegetarian entree, two vegetables, rice, potatoes, beans, bread, and beverage… along with our GARDEN GREEN FRESH SALAD BAR, to include numerous assorted side dishes.
