AUSTRO CATERING will work with your budget as much as possible. The cost is on a per meal basis - a 'head count' based upon the number of plates served at lunch. Here are some helpful tips for your budget and keeping your costs down.

How much should I put in my budget for catering?
Budgeting is done on a per person basis. It varies depending upon your menu choices. See Sample Menus and then call us to discuss prices.

What other costs are required?
Other costs, which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, include labor, propane/gas, ice, travel, and overnite accommodations (if required).

What about tables, chairs and tents?
Tables and chairs are included in your price. You would only be billed for any damaged chairs or tables. We also have two 10x10 foot tents to cover the food tables.

How can I keep costs low?
Have a Production Assistant to watch the food lines so that only cast and crew are permitted. Put a notice on your call sheet that all guests must be approved by production. Invite guests to your set after lunch. Meals costs can add up rapidly.

Are you affiliated with any union?
We work with both union and non-unions motion pictures.
